Say no to the joy of swimming in the ocean because they are afraid to put on a bathing suit
 

Feel like wearing black clothing is their only option

Order the “good” choice instead of saying yes to what they really want

Feel undeserving to speak up and ask for what they want in relationships

Force themselves to exercise in ways that they don’t enjoy

Compare themselves to other women or former versions of themselves

Speak negatively about themselves and their bodies

I spent the first 28 years of my life trying to change my body

I’ve now devoted my life’s work to helping women stop dieting + stop hating their bodies so that they can put their energy towards more important things in life besides the pursuit of thinness and conventional attractiveness.​

The Investment:

I work with clients at a minimum of 4 months at a time, with the option to continue month to month after our initial commitment is complete.
